Job Summary
Responsible for external marketing, training, and communication of all BlueKai products. Develop and manage go-to-market strategy for new and existing products. Support sales and client services by developing expertise in BlueKai products and services. Represent BlueKai products at various industry events, tradeshows, and BlueKai events. Own evaluation and reporting of product success indicators and metrics to the Executive Team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Gather and organize product feedback and industry trends as input for product development
- Analyze and track competitive threats and trends within the industry and provide Strategic evaluation
- Develop and communicate externally facing documentation describing value proposition and features of BlueKai products.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to develop new product specifications and to prioritize incoming product requests
- Provide sales support in RFP responses as necessary or presentation customization
- Assist in roll-out and conduct training for new product releases
- Represent BlueKai as product expert at events and sales meetings.
Education and Experience
The ideal candidate profile will include the following credentials:
- At least 2+ years of relevant consulting, investment banking or product development experience in the digital media or advertising space, with preferably an additional year of direct experience related to buying, selling, or developing on-line media products.
- Strong execution abilities and positive outlook for working with external partners and customers
- The candidate will provide examples of product development; marketing and product planning, driving results as well as innovation and decision making ability
- A strong understanding of Web technology, marketing strategy, product development, advertising, lead generation, and the media ecosystem
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Must be passionate & enthusiastic with a "hands on approach."
- Technical Experience with CS degree or programming experience a plus

Analytics Software Engineer - Cupertino, CA
Job Duties
- Design and implement BlueKai's next generation data platform (distributed, production-grade).
- Optimize distributed logs processing/big data framework.
- Experiment with different tools, data stores, libraries, and environments to optimize heterogeneous data (activity stream, impressions, transactions etc.).
- Build real-time services and write distributed applications running on large datasets/clusters. Build corresponding internal tools and dashboards.
- Perform data mining and fuel analytics applications.
- Design, set up, configure and maintain hadoop and real-time intelligent reporting clusters.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field plus five years of experience in software engineering, coding with Java, and coding with SQL.

Job Duties:

Account Executive - NYC
Sales Position OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Account Executive who can leverage deep on-line ad experience and solid industry relationships in the digital media community to drive the understanding, adoption and sale of BlueKai data and products through key channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep online advertising sales or account management background (or a combination), a solid technological understanding of the online ad ecosystem and a history of successfully growing revenue and exceeding goals in highly competitive environments.
Job Summary The Account Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific revenue goals from assigned channel partners such as ad networks, DSPs and trading desks. They will be expected to effectively communicate and evangelize the value of BlueKai data and our data management tools to our demand channel partners and convey how the data fits into their digital marketing efforts. Candidates must have an intimate knowledge of the online advertising ecosystem including, but not limited to, how Networks, Portals, Demand Side Platforms, Agency Trading Desks and others all fit into the process.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy a sales strategy against named demand channel partners (ad networks, DSPs, trading desks/agencies and large marketers)
- Form and manage relationships with key demand channel partner executives and sellers
- Prepare and present compelling sales strategy plans and proposals to demand channel partners and manage the follow-up activities required to support our key partners' selling efforts
- Coach and consult with key demand channel sellers on how to maximize display advertising by leveraging BlueKai data assets and market intelligence tools
- Work alongside the BlueKai Account Management and Client Service teams for account planning, account reviews, BlueKai training programs and all other demand channel partner selling activities
- Clearly understand and articulate BlueKai's value proposition as a data platform capable of hosting, segmenting and managing data assets for strategic advertising partners and their agencies
- Handle day to day customer communication with your accounts
- Provide reporting and test data on campaigns
- Manage and optimize monthly budgets on behalf of clients
- Position new product offerings and services as up-sell opportunities
- Coach and consult with customers on how to maximize display advertising
- Present Best Practices and position BlueKai as a trusted advisor to key demand channel partners
Education and Experience
- 5 years experience working with digital agencies a must
- 4 years advertising sales, account management or sales support experience
- Previous work in customer facing data intensive environments desired
